Power Substations

MCI can custom design and manufacture the right power substation for your surface or underground mining application.

We will build a power substation that exactly meets your needs in a stationary, mobile or portable configuration fully coordinated from the incoming high voltage section, transformer and outgoing section, complete with control panels for overcurrent, ground fault, ground monitoring and metering of outgoing circuits.

Mobile: 2500 kVA to 10 MVA, 34.5 kV to 69kV
